KERCHEVAL, Judge:

Appellant was tried at general court-martial proceedings on 25 May and 1,11, 12, 14 and 15 June 1979. In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of one specification of larceny in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 921. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 18 months, total forfeitures of all pay and allowances for 18 months, and reduction to pay grade E-l. In accordance with the pre-trial agreement, the convening authority reduced the confinement to 8 months, the forfeitures to $400.00…
