I. ISSUES

¶ 1 The issues preserved for our review are: (1) whether the jury’s damage award *1084was excessive and included damages not authorized by law, (2) whether the jury verdict was supported by the weight of the evidence or was contrary to law, (3) whether the trial judge improperly excluded testimony offered by the appellant at trial, and (4) whether the appellant preserved for appellate review its objection to the jury instructions, and, if not, whether the jury instructions contained any fundamental error. We find no error in the trial court proceedings.
