1 1 Kelly D. Jones is the biological mother of TTS. On July 26, 2011, the State of Oklahoma filed a petition seeking to adjudicate T.T.S. as a deprived child. The petition alleged T.T.S. lacked "appropriate parental care" and had been "placed in threat of harm" through mother's actions. Specifically, the state maintained mother was a drug user and provided an unfit home environment for the child.
