DECISION UPON FURTHER REVIEW

FORAY, Judge:

Upon original review of the record of trial in the above entitled case, this Court affirmed the approved findings of guilty and the sentence. United States v. Cumberledge, No. 21673 (A.F.C.M.R. 21 Jan. 1975). Subsequent thereto, the United States Court of Military Appeals reversed the decision of this Court, set aside the action of the convening authority, and returned the record of trial to The Judge Advocate General of the Air Force for assignment to a different convening authority and staff judge advocate for a new review and action.
