George W. Latimer, Judge:

Private Stephen Masusock, the petitioner, was tried before a general court-martial and was found guilty of being absent without leave from January 1, 1951 to March 7, 1951, in violation of Article of War 61. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for ten years. The sentence was approved by the convening authority and affirmed by a board of review.
