DECISION

FORAY, Judge:

Upon trial by general court-martial consisting of a military judge sitting alone, the accused was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of five offenses alleging the use and sale of heroin and one offense alleging the unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 934. Consonant with his pleas, he was found not guilty of two other offenses alleging possession of heroin and possession of marihuana.
