Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial in Korea convicted the accused, and another, of several offenses, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for five years. The convening authority approved the findings of guilty and the sentence, but a board of review set aside the findings on one of the charges as they affected the accused.
