On January 18, 2007, Plaintiff Darby Trading Inc. (“Darby”) commenced this diversity action against Defendants Shell International Trading and Shipping Company (“STASCO”), Motiva Enterprises LLC (“Motiva”), and Shell Oil Company (“Shell Oil”). Plaintiffs Complaint alleges that Defendant Motiva breached an oral contract with Plaintiff, that STASCO and Shell Oil tortiously interfered with the con tract between Plaintiff and Motiva, and that STASCO and Shell Oil tortiously interfered with the business relationship between Plaintiff and Motiva.
