Plaintiff Leonard F. appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Charles L. Brieant, Jr., J.) dismissing his complaint against Defendant The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”) for failure to state a claim under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
