MEMORANDUM
COHN, District Judge.
This case involves a claim that defendant violated Michigan’s Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act, 1976 Mich.Pub.Acts 453, Mich. Stat.Ann. § 3.548(101) et seq., [M.C.L.A. § 37.2101 et seq.] (Elliot-Larsen), in discriminating against plaintiffs in their conditions of employment because of their race. Defendant, an Illinois corporation, denies the allegations and has moved to dismiss the complaint on the ground that Elliot-Larsen is unconstitutional because it violates the object — title limitations of Article IV, Section 24 of Michigan’s Constitution of 1963. 1…
