The appellee, on October 22, 1924, filed in the lower court a petition against the appellants, the members of the board of trustees of the policemen’s pension fund of Sioux City, asking for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the board in denying her a pension as the widow of a policeman who, as is alleged, died as a result of exposure in the performance of his duties.
