I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Application for Entry of Default Judgment Against Defendants Steven R. Markusen and Archer Advisors LLC. [Docket No 21] The Court heard oral argu*881ment on August 21, 2015. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants Plaintiffs motion; however, the Court withholds entering the Judgment until Plaintiffs claims against Defendant Jay Cope are resolved.
