This opinion concerns two separate appeals, which have been consolidated, involving the same parties. In the first appeal, AC 21679, the defendant, John Shepherd, appeals from the judgment of foreclosure by sale rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Original Grasso Construction Company, Inc.
