The present appeals follow a breach of contract action tried before the trial court. The defendants, PCRE, LLC (PCRE), and Real Estate Connecticut, Inc. (Real Estate Connecticut), both doing business as Prudential Connecticut Realty, appeal from the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Sally Maloney.
