This matter comes before the Court on counterclaim defendant Industrial Services of Mobile, Inc.’s Second Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 124) and on plaintiff/counter claim defendant Ohio Casualty Insurance Company’s Second Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 128).
