SULLIVAN, Judge:

In January and February 1987, appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at Frankfurt, Federal Republic of Germany. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of obstructing justice; wrongfully leaving the scene of an accident; three specifications of aggravated assault; and wrongful damage to private property, in violation of Articles 134, 128, and 109, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 934, 928, and 909, respectively.
