OPINION
DUNIWAY, Circuit Judge:
In these consolidated cases, the National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order issued on May 26, 1974, against International Longshoremen’s and Ware-housemen’s Union, Local 13, reported at 210 N.L.R.B. 952. We enforce the order.
In the first of these lengthy disputes, the Union was charged with violating §§ 8(b)(1)(A) and (2) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(b)(1)(A) and (2) (1970), by requiring that applicants for registration, as Class B longshoremen be sponsored by Class A registrants, who were also Union members.
