RAPER, Chief Justice.

Appellants present four issues while seeking to overturn a decree granting specific performance of an option to purchase land and improvements. First, they argue that the trial court erred in its determination that a supplemental lease agreement which extended the life of a lease also kept alive the tenant’s option to purchase as created in the original lease.
