This is a bill in equity for specific performance of an option to purchase contained in a lease. The cause is here on the respondents’ appeal from a final decree of the superior court granting the relief prayed for. The respondents filed fourteen reasons of appeal but in their brief they have compressed them into four hereinafter set forth and discussed.
