On April 24, 2007, plaintiff Multimedia Patent Trust (“MPT”) filed a complaint against defendants Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”), Gateway Inc., Gateway Professional LLC, Gateway Companies, Inc., Gateway Manufacturing LLC, Gateway Direct, Inc., Gateway U.S. Retail, Inc.
