New England Financial Resources, Inc. (the company), commenced an action against Elias P. Coulouras and Louis G. Coulouras individually and as trustees and beneficiaries of the COB Trust (the trust) 2 claiming breach of a loan agreement and failure to pay interest on a mortgage note. A judge of the Superior Court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants on the company’s claims, and a second judge, after a bench trial, entered judgment for the company and Robert J.
