ORDER APPOINTING LEAD COUNSEL AND LIAISON COUNSEL

MARBLEY, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on five Plaintiffs’ motions to appoint Lead Counsel and Liaison Counsel for this -Consolidated ERISA Action.1 The ERISA Plaintiffs are suing Cardinal Health, Inc. (“Cardinal Health”) on behalf of the Cardinal Health Profit Sharing, Retirement and Savings Plan (“Cardinal Plan”) and the Syncor International Corporation.
