Plaintiff Randolph Jones, Jr. filed this putative class action on behalf of himself and other similarly situated class members. Jones has moved to certify the class. (Doc. 52). The motion is GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND

Jones seeks certification under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(b)(3) of his Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) claim against Defendants Advanced Bureau of Collections LLP (“Advanced Bureau”), Kenneth M. French, Evelyn L. Trimble, David R.
