Before the Court is Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission’s (“Plaintiff’) motion for summary judgment against Barbra Alexander and Michael E, Swanson (collectively, “Defendants”). ECF No. 65, (“Mot.”).1 Defendants have not filed. *1076an opposition.
