This is an appeal from a judgment ordering the issuance of a writ of mandate directed to the defendants, the State Board of Control, and also the members of said board, requiring them to audit and allow the claim of the plaintiff against the state treasury for the sum of two hundred dollars for his salary as an employee of the California State Conservation Commission for the month of July, 1912.
