The bill in equity in this case alleged as follows:
“That the plaintiffs the E. A. Chatfield Company and the Derby Transportation Company are, and during all the time hereinafter mentioned were, corpoiations organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Connecticut. * * * That the plaintiffs Nathan A.
