Rowan Construction Corp. v. Hassane

The plaintiff, Rowan Construction Corporation, instituted this action to recover a deposit made pursuant to a contract to purchase real estate from the defendant, Zef Hassane, and the defendant counterclaimed for unspecified damages. In accordance with the attorney state trial referee’s report, judgment was rendered for the defendant on both the complaint and the counterclaim.
