Millikin Trust Co. v. Gregory

The Millikin Trust Co., trustee, and Mary J. Penhallegon filed a complaint in the circuit court of Macon county to foreclose a trust deed, making Nora A. Gregory, executrix of the last will and testament of James M. Lyon, deceased, and others defendants.
