Plaintiff Thomas Davis filed a fourteen-count third amended complaint against de fendants Elite Mortgage Services, Inc. (“Elite”), Decision One Mortgage Co. (“Decision One”), Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), Melvin Brooks, LeAndre Burnett, Lori K. Westerfield, Earnest Terrell Rowell, Johnnie Pierre, NovaStar Mortgage, Inc.
