Plaintiff Appellant, Burnex Oil Company, a Corporation, commenced this action in the Circuit Court of Cook County seeking damages against Dale Floyd, Marvin Homeyer and Mobil Oil Company, a Corporation, Defendants-Appellees. The fourth amended complaint which is the subject of this appeal, consists of two counts, the first based on conversion and the second based on loss of profits from wrongful eviction of plaintiff.
