This disciplinary case is before us on exceptions by respondent, Daniel J. Slat-tery, Jr., a member of the District of Columbia Bar and a Federal Administrative Law Judge, and by Bar Counsel, to the Report and Recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility (the “Board”). The disciplinary charges stem from Slattery’s appropriation of $10,262.30 from a bank account in the name of a fraternal organization and his efforts to conceal that act.
