On September 2, 1988, Hertzberg, Jacob & Weingarten, P.C. filed its second application for allowance of interim compensation and reimbursement of expenses as attorney for the debtor in possession. On September 20, 1988, Citizens Commercial & Savings Bank filed an objection to the application.
