Appellant Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (“K & L”) provided legal services for the debtor Busy Beaver Building Centers, Inc. (“Busy Beaver”), in its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings, see 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 101-1330 (1993), before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
