STOUGHTON, J.
The plaintiff, Villager Pond, Inc.,1 appeals from the trial court’s judgment of dismissal in *180favor of the defendants, the town of Darien and various of its employees and representatives, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly dismissed the entire complaint. We affirm in part and reverse in part the judgment of the trial court.
