MEMORANDUM AND OPINION

The plaintiffs in this case are reinsurance companies (the “Reinsurers”)1 seeking to compel arbitration of certain disputes relating to, or to obtain a declaratory judgment establishing, the rights and liabilities arising from reinsurance certificates. The defendants are Huntsman Corporation (“Huntsman”), the insured, and its captive insurance company, International Risk Insurance Company (“IRIC”).
