Richard Field and Clark Beach Field take this interlocutory appeal from the district court’s1 denial of their motion to dismiss the indictment against them on the. ground of double jeopardy. The government also appeals from the district court’s order vacating an ex parte restraining order the government had obtained over the Fields’ property. The restraining order prohibited the Fields from alienating their property during the pen-dency of the criminal case, up to an amount sufficient to substitute for the assets the Fields allegedly obtained by fraud.
