Certiorari to review an order of the industrial commission made May 12, 1950, awarding Katie Pocrnich, widow of Dan Pocrnich, deceased employe, compensation for his death on August 2, 1918, in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by relator.
It is not disputed that deceased met death in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment.
