Yoselowitz, the employe, received compensable injuries while working in the bakery of the Peoples-Lehman Baking Corporation, on March 20, 1936. For some 20 years prior to that date he had been employed in different bakeries in North Minneapolis, among which were the Peoples Bakery, Inc. (to be referred to as Peoples) located at 1016 Sixth avenue north, the concern by which he was principally employed until shortly before the accident. Another bakery, Lehman & Sons, Inc.
