This action was brought in the Hennepin county district court to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff on October 7,1947, as the result of an accident which occurred upon the premises of defendant, Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railroad Company, hereinafter called the Soo Line. At the close of all the testimony, defendant moved for a directed verdict and its motion was denied.
