Certiorari to review a decision of the industrial commission awarding employee compensation against relators, Hamline University of Minnesota and its insurer.

The facts in this case are generally undisputed, and extensive review of the evidence is unnecessary. Janet Krause, hereinafter referred to as the employee, after making inquiries at Hamline University concerning their school of nursing, registered at the school in June 1949.
