This is a controversy between labor unions and former members as to the authority and right to represent the employees of the Louisville Water Company for the termination of an agreement made with the employer respecting wages, working conditions, etc.

The Louisville Water Company, as one party, and the United Public Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, for and with its affiliate, Waters Workers Section of Local 620, as the other parties, made an agreement as of January 1, 1949, that these labor organizations should be the…
