OPINION

NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Patricia Kowalzek appeals from a judgment and decree in a dissolution of marriage. She contends the trial court erred in deviating from the child Support payment guidelines contained in Minn.Stat. §§ 518.-17, subd. 5 and 518.551, subd. 5, (Supp. 1983). In addition, she contends the trial court erred when it awarded a greater share of the marital interest in the homestead property to her former husband, respondent Paul Kowalzek.
