Moore, Judge.

{¶ 1} Appellants, Gatliff Building Company and Randy Gatliff, appeal from a decision of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas, denying their motion to stay proceedings pending arbitration. We affirm.

{¶ 2} Appellees, Michael and Lori Porpora, entered into a written contract with Gatliff Budding Company for the construction of a home in Wadsworth, Ohio. The contract contained an arbitration clause.
