{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Ohio State OSW, Inc., d.b.a. Ohio State Waterproofing et al. (“OSW”), has appealed from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas that denied its motion to dismiss or to stay proceedings and compel arbitration. This court reverses.
