This action was instituted by Rose Rosenving to recover damages for personal injuries which she sustained while a passenger on one of defendant’s streetcars which it is claimed was negligently operated. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff. Defendant’s alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial was denied and this appeal followed.
