In this contract suit plaintiff seeks Wunderlich Act (41 U.S.C. §§ 321, 322 (1910)) review of a decision of the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals (Board) denying its claim for additional compensation on a building renovation contract between plaintiff and the General Services Administration (GSA). The parties’ respective motions for summary judgment brings the case before this court without challenge to the bulk of the underlying facts.
