OPINION

WOZNIAK, Judge.

Appellant David Stall, an attorney, brought this action against the First National Bank of Buhl to recover attorney’s fees on two collection matters undertaken by him on behalf of the bank. The trial court found that Stall was not entitled to a contingent fee on the first matter and that he was not entitled to his fee on an hourly basis on the second matter, and entered judgment for the bank. Stall appeals from the judgment. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
