Appellant Stowman Law Firm, P.A., challenges the district court’s denial of its petition for distribution of contingent attorney fees paid to respondent Lori Peterson Law Firm from a settlement that Lori Peterson Law Firm obtained for Stowman Law Firm’s former client.
