CAMPBELL, District Judge.

This is a suit for infringement of plaintiff’s Patent No. 2,491,646, which relates to a process of treating meat to improve its color by the use of nicotinic acid or a salt thereof.

Plaintiff alleges that defendant manufacturing company manufactures a product containing sodium nicotinate for the treatment of meat to improve its color and that defendant Mixing company is a sales company for the manufacturing company and sells the product.
