In this action plaintiffs Grace Finley and Velda Baird recovered a judgment against Frank G. Steiner, the driver of an automobile, and Dan Wray, his employer, for damages as the result of the death of Robert W. Finley, husband of Grace Finley and father of Velda Baird, he having died from injuries received while riding as a guest in the automobile of his father, Alexander K. Finley, when it collided with the automobile driven by the aforesaid Frank G. Steiner.
